As the day of the game and after party approach it’s time to confirm some deadlines that need to be met ahead of the day itself.
After Party Tickets
We need to inform the Copthorne Hotel of the final numbers by July 12th so therefore July 11th will be the very last opportunity to buy tickets for the After Party. Tickets are available from the Absolutely Ice reception during their opening hours for both the game and after party, game tickets will be on sale right up until and including the day but after party tickets must be purchased on or before July 11th.
Player Sponsorship
The squad will be completely announced concluding on July 4th and from July 5th sponsors will be asked by email in the order of their application to pick a player to sponsor from the completed list. There will be 50+ players available for sponsorship so there are plenty more players still available to sponsor. Sponsorship costs £20 per player and must be paid by July 12th at the very latest to ensure sponsorship credit in the programme. Sponsors paying after that date may still receive their sponsor announcement and have their photo taken with their player but won’t receive their sponsor credit in the programme.

Fridays 8.30-11.00pm
Saturdays 2.45-5.15pm
Sundays 2.45-5.15pm
As the event is being organised independently we don’t have banking facilities to enable us to accept cheque or card payments and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may occur.
