Slough Jets made the short journey to the JNLC to face the Bracknell Bees in the second leg of the Berkshire Cycles Cup with a 8-1 aggregate lead from the Saturday night fixture.

Danny Milton took the start for the visitors while the home team elected to give a second start to their preferred netminder and both keepers played out a scoreless first period.
The first half of the second period went by scoreless as well until Darius Pliskauskas opened the scoring at 31.55 with a powerplay strike. Bracknell levelled the game up at 35.24 with Sam Oakford scoring even strength and the middle period ended 1-1 still giving Slough a big aggregate lead.
The third period saw the visitors kept scoreless but with 3.15 left to play Jan Bendick scored a powerplay goal to take the win on the night but Slough were victorious in the challenge series for the second successive year.
